Influenced by Frech Revolution and made II.Constitutional Monarchy come to the Ottoman Empire,revolutionary group named himself as Jeunes Turks. Members of the group consisted of the people that were well-educated in Europe,libertarian and equalitarian. Many of them had lived or had been living in abroad.They had close relationships with Ottoman intellectual and political circles. Today,Turkish jihadists,defending opposite ideas,consist of young Turks that are fightning in areas such as Afghanistan,Pakistan,Palestine. Coming from Europe,many of these young people,participating in jihad,knowing the United States and NATO as the devil,and have been naming the governments of muslim countries like Pakistan,Egypt,Tunisia,Algeria as ''infidels'' that collaborating with devil. In recent operations,among the militans that were killed in Pakistan and Afghanistan,there were Turks,a citizen of Europe,and this has doubled the fear of terrorism in European states. Turkish jihadists that were born in Germany,France,Belgium or Netherlands,being dual citizenship,they have been travelling as they wish. Turkish youth are in Waziristan and Bajaur areas that know European culture/language very well,trained in Western education also had a predecessor education. There appears the jihadist groups based on Turkey. Turkish young people are used in association studies that graduated from institutions offering Shariah like the Islamic University of Europe or Al-Azhar in Egypt. These young people,trained with Shariah,can not find a job with their diplomas that are not accepted with its equivalence. Sharia-educated Turks that interpreting and arabic translation,provides the books to the Turk readers such as ''Hand Law System'' , ''Promotion of Jihad'', '' Democracy is religion '' and ''Testimony Operations in Islam ''. All of the books have entered into lawsuit files as ''organizational document'' that were appeared in houses of arrested people in Al-Qaida operations. The books with its content,aiming to provide the human resource to Al-Qaida,written by the striking writers of groups such as Salafist Jihad. For example, containing theoretical knowledge as ''Muslim's compulsory military training'', consist of 641-pages,the writer of Hand Law System is an Egytptian doctor Abdul bin Abdulaziz. Abdulaziz,in the preface of his book,highlights that Ayman al-Zawahiri,named as number two in Al-Qaida,is his best friend.
SENSITIVITY OF THE TURKS
These books can easily be sold on the stands that are opened in squares that thousand of students pass everyday,in front of the schools,bus or train stations. Moreover,these books are pirate pressures that have not tax registration.The reason of their moving freely is no doubt,the political environment in Turkey. Visited by Islamist mayors,Sharia University could have been established in the heart of Istanbul. Moreover,this university has a direct connection with the Islamic University of Rotterdam. Jihad supporters that are living in their own ghettos in Istanbul's decentralized neighborhoods,in recent years they have begun to go to the mosques in the central. While these happening in Istanbul,in the eastern provinces such as Van,Konya,Diyarbakır,Muş,Bingol,Hakkari near the secular schools,there are madrasas offering Sharia training. The political tensions of Turkish government with Israel,also the brutal attack of Israel army to the Turkish aid ships strengthening jihad supporters' hand that are in Turkey. Rising nationalist / Islamist sensitivites creates a unique opportunity for jihad supporters.Because Islam has a thousand year anniversary meaning ,far beyond the religion for generations of Republic that celebrating 87th year. In Turkey,Mohammedanism is different from religious fanaticism,perceived as a culture and way of life.This culture should be seen as overlapping circles with nationalism. Therefore,the Israel Army's brutal attack to the Turkish aid ships is much more profound that made to Muslims.It is damned by each part as a sabotage to the Turks' own culture of tolerance. In the holy month of Ramadan,the drinkers even if not carry out religious observances,they don't drink for their allegiance to this culture. Ramadan in Turkey is celebrated as carnaval form unlike other Muslim countries. This environment that is the Ottoman empire of three different religion and the final version of the secular republic is a mined land for jihad supporters. The reason of the comfortable radicalization of the third-generation Turks,living in Europe,is being far from this culture in Turkey.

ROAD TO THE JIHAD
Between 2008-2010,the number of books and internet sites that promote jihad was the period of stagnation. As a result of Turkish security and intelligence operations,there were arrenged some operations for cells,some sites closed and books were collected. However,the number of militants and sympahtizers have increased for last 10 months. Connected with the people,writing their thoughts to the sections of websites and with some of them that are age of children. Here, a three-stage road is followed:
1 - To invite to meetings
2 - Education
3 - Sending to conflict areas
Young Turkish jihadists' going to conflict areas is so easy. The jihadists that want to reach to Pakistan come from airports or through Iran. The most common way by bus from Istanbul to Tehran,from there Zahedan and through Taffeta,and reaching to Zhob. Turkish youth meet their connections in Zhob,after from this,they pass through North or the South Waziristan. Because the road is tracked by the secret services,it contains some of the dangers. Therefore,also using the other ways,in Quetta even in Karachi they meet and it is identified that they go the same regions.

9 THOUSAND TURKISH JIHADIST
Starting with Bosnia War in 1992, and the process gained acceleration with Chechen War, it continues with Palestine,Iraq and Afghanistan. As long as the conflict of this environment,the groups carrying out activities under the protection of al-Qaida,would catch new promotional opportunities. Measure of success will be measured with attacks to the western countries instead of gainings that will be obtained in front. Since 1992,for last 18 years,it is determined that 9 thousand Turkish jihadist were war zones.It is difficult to detect that how much of this Turks' are also citizen of European country. The information in Turkish intelligence hands shows that in recent months this rate has increased gradually. It should be considered of Balkans' taking participation risk in the current jihad route that is closer to them.
